Coverage Details Breakdown / Fault Repair On-site repair service in case of UPS malfunction or failure. Quick response time (within 4–8 hours of service request). Resolution on a best-effort or next-business-day basis. Provision for standby support (if applicable). Spare Parts & Components Replacement of faulty electronic and electrical parts such as fans, PCBs, relays, capacitors, switches, and other internal modules. Only genuine or manufacturer-approved spares used for repairs. Labour and part costs included during AMC validity. Battery Care (if included) Routine battery inspection during service visits. Monitoring of charging/discharging voltage and overall battery health. Battery replacement covered only if included in the agreement. Labour & Travel All engineer visit charges, labour, and travel expenses are included in the AMC. No hidden costs for breakdown attendance. Documentation & Reporting Service report issued after each breakdown call, detailing fault cause and corrective action taken. Annual summary report of service history and parts replaced. Workmanship Warranty Repairs and replaced components are covered by a limited workmanship warranty (typically 30–90 days). Exclusions Battery replacement (unless contract specifies inclusion). Damage due to improper use, voltage surges, lightning, or water ingress. External accessories like isolation transformers or wiring beyond UPS output. Infrastructure or electrical modifications.
