2.01 Brief History of the Firm :

HI-TECH ENGINEERS is a propritery firm formed in 1989, by M.C. Solanki, the registered office and factory of the firm are situated at 5, Garg Market, Beeru Kuan, Near Subhash Bazar, Meerut-250002 (U.P) India and Hassanpur Kadeem, Near Manglam Hospital, Meerut-250004 (U.P) India respectively, HI-TECH ENGINEERS is engaged in the business of Design & Manufacturing of Machinery for Sugar Factory, process house equipment & Material handling system, Ethanol Plants, Cement, Pulp and Paper, Chemicals and Minerals Industry & General Heavy Fabrication. The firm commenced its operation since 1985 and became a registered firm in 1989.

Mr. M.C. Solanki is the Founder, promoter of HI-TECH ENGINEERS. Our firm deals in the manufacturing and supply of complete boiling house equipments through tenders / Bidding. HI-TECH ENGINEERS has been in this line of business since 1989 and has established itself as leading Manufacturer and supplier of Vacuum Filter, Juice Clarifiers and Boiling House Equipment to sugar industries, not only in the local market but also in developing countries in Asia & Africa. The firm also holds better quality products status since the past several years.

With such a vast experience of 30 years in the business line, the company thought it prudent to commit itself and set up its own Fabrication Unit for the design manufacture / supply of machineries for various industries like Sugar, Ethanol, Cement, Chemicals and Paper & pulp etc. this would enable the company to specialize in core business activity and improve its returns.

Although the firm was registered on 1989 with small land of 4500 sq ft. but as the work grows 65,000 sq ft of land is acquired in the year 2000. The built up area being 14866 sq feet comprising of ground construction. In the current year i.e. from 1989, the firm started design manufacture & fabrication of machineries on job work basis. However, in order to further expand its business and meet the growing demand for its products, the firm acquire additional machineries which will enhance its fabrication and manufacturing capacities.

2.02 Managerial / Technical Personnel :

The company is managed by a team of professional Mangers, Technically intensive Engineers and highly skilled Technicians specialized in Designing, Manufacturing, Materials Management, Project Engineering, Erection & Commissioning. The company has in its staff very senior Engineers, Technologist and Project managers who have extensive project and consultancy experience in Sugar Industries. The company operates with strength of over 50 members in senior and middle level and senior supervisory group embracing it's all sphere of activates.

Nature of business & Products :: HI-TECH ENGINEERS is engaged in the business of Design, Manufacture & Fabrication of Machineries for Sugar Industry besides other industries like Chemicals, Paper & Pulp, Minerals, Cements, etc. the main aim of forming HI-TECH ENGINEERS was to provide the best technology to the Indian and overseas market for process equipments related to the Sugar Industry, Paper & Pulp Industry, Cement Industry, Chemical Industry. The Firm's goal is to minimize the input to achieve best results by changing the process and the selection of equipments. HI-TECH ENGINEERS has a number of equipments to offer to the process industries and at the same time it is pursuing further research to develop the best possible flow sheet for different chemicals and sugar companies.

5. Land / Factory Location / Area: The industrial property is located at prime location, on road at Hassanpur Kadeem, Garh Road, Meerut (U.P) India and is about 7 Kilometres from City and 15 Kilometres from Meerut Railway Station. The total area of the Plot is 65000 sq. ft.

6. Building / Civil work: The firm has put up shed and Building with around 15,000 sq ft. built up area comprising of Ground Floor along with shed and building, road and boundary wall have also been built.

8. Power :: The firm has an existing power capacity of 100KW and has already applied for the augmentation of the same to 150KW. The firm does not expect and delay or hurdles in the augmentation of the power supply. Adequate power supply is available throughout the year and no stand by generator is required, even then we have installed 75 KVA generator in the plant along with 10 KW solar off-grid system to meet out any emergency requirement.

9. Water :: The water requirement for the human consumption is available through bore well facility with Mineral water treatment plant.

10. Transportation :: Due to its proximity to the Highway and the towns of Meerut, the factory is well connected with various modes of transport. Transport facilities are easily and adequately available and factory is located just 65 km from the New Delhi airport and all the cargo services available 24 hrs.

11. Effluent disposal and Pollution Control:: The factory does not emit any gas or any major effluent and hence the need for effluent disposal / waste management system does not arise nor is any permission required from the Pollution Control Board or authorities.

12. Other Technical Assumptions :

The installed capacity of the machines would be 200 M.T. per month as per the installation of the available Machineries.
Maximum production is estimated to be at above 80% since the group has adequate experience and well established infrastructure.
There will be 3 working shifts of 8 hours each per day and 360 working days in the year.
Technology / Technical Arrangements:
With the background / experience of more than 3 decades of activity in this line by the company, the need for technology and technical arrangements does not arise. The group has developed proprietary equipments for use in different core sector industries like sugar, cement, paper & pulp, chemicals, minerals etc. besides the group is also able to offer tailor make, fabrication capacity for execution of 20 M.T. PER MONTH Structural & General work.
